📋 Description
- • As a Senior Security & Compliance Analyst at Bloomreach Inc., you will play a critical role in safeguarding the company’s operations by ensuring adherence to global regulatory standards and internal policies, directly enabling secure and trustworthy AI-powered personalization experiences for over 1,400 global brands.
- • You will perform periodic audits on company procedures and processes, identify and resolve compliance issues, maintain up-to-date process mapping and responsibility charts, and develop or update compliance policies and documentation to align with evolving regulations.
- • You will support the sales team by completing RFPs, communicate regulatory requirements to internal and external stakeholders across EMEA and US regions, assist with management review preparation, and proactively research emerging compliance standards to keep Bloomreach ahead of regulatory curves.
- • You will collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and leadership teams within the GIST (Global Information Security & Technology) group, ensuring that security and compliance are embedded into product development and customer-facing initiatives without hindering innovation.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in enterprise-grade SaaS compliance frameworks, influence cross-functional risk mitigation strategies, and grow into a trusted advisor on global data protection, ISO, and SOC standards — positioning you for advancement into leadership roles within GRC or information security.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong knowledge of industry compliance requirements and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA)
- • Previous experience as a compliance analyst, officer, or manager in a SaaS or technology environment
- • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
- • Advanced analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into actionable policies
- • Experience with ISO security standards and SOC auditing processes
- • Good understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) in IT environments
