• • The Senior Security Engineer at Interactive Brokers LLC is a senior-level technical expert responsible for protecting sensitive financial data and critical infrastructure across a complex hybrid technology landscape, reporting directly to the Head of Security Engineering.
• • Day to day, the role involves providing expert guidance on Zero Trust and Defense-in-Depth security architectures, leading automation of security operations using Python and Bash, architecting secure hybrid AWS and Azure environments, managing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) implementations, serving as Tier 3 escalation for complex security incidents, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations such as FINRA, SEC, PCI DSS, and SOX.
