📋 Description
- • As a Senior Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst at Zelis Healthcare LLC, you will lead the investigation and mitigation of security incidents across the organization, playing a critical role in protecting healthcare data and systems.
- • You will triage alerts, conduct digital forensics, lead incident response efforts, mentor junior analysts, and improve detection and response capabilities through process improvements and technical guidance.
- • You will work within a cybersecurity team that supports a modern, innovative healthcare technology company serving over 750 payers and millions of providers, leveraging AI and modern tools to drive security outcomes.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in incident handling, forensics, threat detection, and leadership while contributing to the evolution of Zelis’ security posture through innovation, automation, and collaboration with IT, cloud, and engineering teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor of Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, Information Technology, or 4+ years of equivalent experience
- • 3+ years of enterprise level incident handling
- • Effective oral and written communication skills with experience in cybersecurity technical process documentation
- • Demonstrated cyber defense and information security passion, including commitment to maintaining technical proficiency
- • Fundamental understanding of IT Security practices/programs/tooling, with demonstrated examples of driving initiatives forwards
