- • As the Senior SEM Manager at AgileBits Inc., you will be instrumental in driving demand generation and revenue growth by owning and scaling the paid search channel. This pivotal role reports directly to the Director of Performance Marketing and is responsible for setting the strategic direction, overseeing execution and optimization, and leading all paid search initiatives to achieve measurable pipeline and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) impact.
- • You will be the architect of our global B2B paid search strategy, meticulously managing campaigns across major platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant channels. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and executing a comprehensive paid search roadmap that directly aligns with key performance indicators including Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), pipeline generation, and overall revenue targets. This strategy will be dynamic, informing and adapting to the broader B2B demand generation efforts.
- • A core responsibility involves the continuous optimization of keywords, audience targeting, bidding strategies, ad creative, and landing page performance. The goal is to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of lead generation, ensuring a strong flow from initial contact through to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and ultimately, qualified pipeline, all while maintaining a keen focus on Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) efficiency.
- • You will be tasked with establishing and executing a robust experimentation and testing framework. This proactive approach will ensure continuous improvement and innovation within the paid search channel, allowing us to stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities.
- • Collaboration is key in this role. You will partner closely with the analytics and revenue operations teams to guarantee accurate attribution modeling, reliable forecasting, and data-driven decision-making. This ensures that the impact of paid search is clearly understood and integrated into the wider business intelligence framework.
- • Furthermore, you will work hand-in-hand with the Marketing Analytics, Web, and Content teams to ensure seamless alignment across all customer touchpoints. This includes consistent messaging, optimized conversion paths, and a clear understanding of how paid search efforts contribute to downstream revenue performance.
- • You will be entrusted with the ownership and management of a significant paid search budget. This requires a strategic approach to balancing aggressive growth targets with efficiency goals, ensuring that the SEM channel consistently scales pipeline generation effectively.
- • As 1Password continues its impressive growth trajectory, you will play a critical role in leading the evolution of our paid search strategy. This includes adapting and expanding our efforts as the company enters new markets and introduces new product categories, ensuring our paid search presence remains relevant and impactful.
- • This role demands a deep, hands-on understanding of paid search management, particularly within a high-growth B2B SaaS demand generation environment. You will leverage your advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
- • Your ability to connect paid search performance directly to broader demand generation, customer lifecycle, and overall revenue strategies will be paramount.
