• Senior ServiceNow Developer role focused on designing and delivering scalable internal platforms that improve employee productivity and support Zillow’s business operations.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include leading ServiceNow solution design and development, serving as a senior technical expert, designing integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs, improving engineering practices through automation and CI/CD, monitoring platform performance, contributing to Agile delivery, and driving operational excellence by reducing technical debt.
• Part of the Enterprise Applications Engineering team that builds and supports internal tools across Product, People, Technology, and Engineering to enhance company-wide productivity through scalable, secure solutions.
