- • Design, build, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules across ITSM, HRSD, and SPM, including workflows, service catalog items, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and script includes.
- • Serve as a core technical contributor on high-priority ServiceNow implementations and platform modernization engagements for clients across Bounteous’s global portfolio.
- • Independently own complex development workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions aligned with client requirements.
- • Collaborate closely with architects and project leads to translate business needs into technical specifications and implement robust, maintainable ServiceNow configurations.
- • Mentor junior ServiceNow developers by providing technical guidance, code reviews, and best practice recommendations to elevate team capabilities.
- • Optimize existing ServiceNow instances for performance, scalability, and usability, identifying and resolving bottlenecks in workflows or scripts.
- • Apply deep expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities to solve complex enterprise challenges in IT service management, human resources service delivery, and service portfolio management.
- • Ensure all developed solutions adhere to ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and change management protocols.
- • Participate in requirement gathering sessions with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify scope, define success metrics, and align technical delivery with business outcomes.
- • Document technical designs, configuration changes, and implementation steps to support knowledge transfer and future maintenance.
- • Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry trends to recommend enhancements and innovations for client engagements.
- • Engage in cross-functional collaboration with teams in Strategy, Analytics, Digital Engineering, and Experience Design to deliver integrated digital transformation solutions.
- • Support testing, deployment, and post-launch activities including UAT coordination, bug resolution, and user training materials preparation.
- • Maintain a delivery-focused mindset with strong attention to detail, ensuring all configurations are error-free, well-tested, and aligned with client SLAs.
- • Contribute to proposal development and scoping efforts by providing technical input for ServiceNow-related client engagements.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7 years of hands-on experience building, configuring, and optimizing enterprise ServiceNow solutions
- • Proven expertise in ITSM, HRSD, and SPM modules within ServiceNow
- • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development tools including workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and script includes
- • Experience mentoring junior developers and leading technical workstreams independently
- • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with architects and project leads on complex implementations
- • Familiarity with ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and change management protocols
