- • Guide complex upmarket prospects and customers in determining the optimal implementation and service strategy to ensure long-term success with HubSpot.
- • Diagnose customer needs by aligning business objectives with technical requirements to recommend tailored solutions.
- • Create customized implementation plans that account for unique customer workflows, integrations, and scaling goals.
- • Recommend appropriate HubSpot services and/or accredited Solutions Partners based on customer-specific needs and technical complexity.
- • Collaborate directly with customers or partners to define resource requirements, timelines, and project milestones for successful deployment.
- • Present implementation plans and strategic recommendations to customer executive teams to drive alignment and buy-in.
- • Influence customer purchase decisions by articulating clear value, urgency, and certainty around recommended solutions.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with HubSpot-accredited Solutions Partners to enhance recommendation quality and partner effectiveness.
- • Provide feedback to Partner Development Managers (PDMs) to improve partner accreditation processes and service delivery quality.
- • Advise prospects on HubSpot best practices for business process design, deployment planning, and organizational change management.
- • Contribute to the growth of HubSpot’s enterprise practice by strengthening alignment between Sales and Services teams.
- • Recommend additional HubSpot products and services to support customers’ long-term growth and strategic objectives.
- • Maintain a detailed-oriented approach to project management, ensuring all implementation phases are tracked, documented, and delivered on schedule.
- • Apply strong technical aptitude to evaluate integration requirements, API configurations, and technical architecture for complex SaaS environments.
- • Demonstrate a consultative, customer-first mindset by prioritizing customer outcomes over product features.
- • Communicate clearly and persuasively in both oral and written formats to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fluency in English and Spanish
- • Deep implementation expertise with complex SaaS software (e.g., CRM, ERP) for large, enterprise customers
- • Experience driving organizational change with enterprise clients
- • Proven ability to lead value conversations with executive-level stakeholders
- • Excellent oral and written communication skills
- • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
