- • Drive significant top-line revenue growth for Zendesk by proactively acquiring new customers within the Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) segment across the Greater China Region.
- • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand Zendesk's customer base, focusing on identifying and closing deals of varying sizes.
- • Cultivate and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering loyalty to drive retention and repeat business.
- • Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional Zendesk products and services to existing customers, thereby optimizing account revenue and profitability.
- • Leverage data insights, customer intent signals, and product adoption history to inform prospecting efforts, refine sales strategies, and enhance customer retention initiatives.

- • Consistently exceed ambitious quarterly and annual revenue goals, demonstrating a commitment to achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales Development, Customer Success, and Product, to refine sales strategies, enhance sales enablement resources, and streamline overall sales execution.
- • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to sales activities, pipeline generation, and conversion rates.
- • Conduct thorough account research and develop targeted outreach strategies to engage prospective clients and build meaningful connections.
- • Possess a deep understanding of the SaaS landscape and the specific needs of SMBs in the Greater China Region, enabling tailored solutions and consultative selling.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through their customer experience journey and demonstrating how Zendesk can be a strategic partner in their success.
- • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing best practices, market insights, and customer feedback with the sales team and broader organization.
