  • • As a Senior SMB Account Executive, you will be instrumental in expanding our reach within the Small to Medium-sized Business (SMB) market. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers by effectively evangelizing and educating prospective clients on the unparalleled value and transformative impact of FundraiseUp's solutions. This role demands a proactive and strategic approach to sales, requiring you to meticulously qualify, build, and manage a high-value sales pipeline. You will own the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery calls through to proposal, negotiation, and closing deals. A key aspect of this role involves participating in Request for Proposals (RFPs) from prospective customers, demonstrating our platform's capabilities and competitive advantages.
  • • Collaboration will be essential to your success. You will work closely with our Marketing and Partnerships teams to identify and leverage new lead sources, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities. Your ability to deliver compelling, web-based (Zoom) and potentially in-person presentations will be crucial. This requires a deep understanding of our product, coupled with best-in-class sales practices, to effectively communicate our value proposition to diverse audiences. You will regularly engage with and sell to VP and C-Suite executives, navigating complex organizational structures and multiple decision-makers to secure buy-in and close significant deals. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in mentoring and guiding a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), providing strategic direction and constructive feedback to optimize their performance and contribute to overall team success.
  • • This position offers a highly competitive On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $165,000 - $177,500, reflecting the significant impact and responsibility of the role.
