  • • Lead the end-to-end creation and execution of high-impact social content across TikTok, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring alignment with OnePay’s brand voice and cultural relevance.
  • • Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and publish native, thumb-stopping content using tools like CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro, with a deep understanding of short-form video trends and internet culture.
  • • Build and maintain a dynamic content calendar that balances reactive trend-jacking with strategic, planned campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
  • • Forecast emerging social media trends before they peak and translate insights into actionable content strategies that drive conversation and sharing.
  • • Partner with creative, product, brand, and partnerships teams to co-develop content that integrates product features, promotional campaigns, and embedded financial services messaging.
  • • Elevate visual storytelling across all channels by overseeing photography, video, CGI, animation, and experiential content, ensuring consistent quality and brand identity.
  • • Use performance data and audience insights to optimize content allocation, identify top-performing formats, and adjust strategy in real time to improve ROI and engagement metrics.
  • • Champion creative consistency across all consumer-facing digital touchpoints, reinforcing a unified and authentic brand personality.
  • • Manage and mentor a team of producers and channel managers, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, experimentation, and continuous learning.
  • • Serve as the internal social media expert and cultural guide, advising cross-functional teams on what content will resonate with OnePay’s core audience of everyday Americans.
  • • Collaborate with external creators, influencers, and talent to produce authentic, scaled content that feels native to each platform while driving brand trust.
  • • Leverage AI tools daily to streamline ideation, editing, analytics, and workflow efficiency in content production.
  • • Maintain a hands-on, high-ownership approach—participating directly in content production even while leading a team.
  • • Drive innovation in social content by testing new formats, platforms, and engagement tactics, and scaling what works with speed and precision.
  • • Ensure all content aligns with financial compliance standards while remaining bold, engaging, and accessible to a broad consumer base.
  • • Act as the bridge between marketing strategy and execution, translating business goals into compelling social narratives that grow awareness, trust, and product adoption.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing within consumer brands
  • • Strong understanding of social-first storytelling, internet culture, and short-form video content trends
  • • Proven ability to concept, shoot, edit, and publish content using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar platforms
  • • Experience managing content calendars, balancing reactive and planned content, and translating performance insights into creative recommendations
  • • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product, Partnerships, creators, and external talent in a fast-paced environment
  • • AI fluency in daily workflows
