- • Lead the end-to-end creation and execution of high-impact social content across TikTok, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring alignment with OnePay’s brand voice and cultural relevance.
- • Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and publish native, thumb-stopping content using tools like CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro, with a deep understanding of short-form video trends and internet culture.
- • Build and maintain a dynamic content calendar that balances reactive trend-jacking with strategic, planned campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
- • Forecast emerging social media trends before they peak and translate insights into actionable content strategies that drive conversation and sharing.
- • Partner with creative, product, brand, and partnerships teams to co-develop content that integrates product features, promotional campaigns, and embedded financial services messaging.
- • Elevate visual storytelling across all channels by overseeing photography, video, CGI, animation, and experiential content, ensuring consistent quality and brand identity.
- • Use performance data and audience insights to optimize content allocation, identify top-performing formats, and adjust strategy in real time to improve ROI and engagement metrics.
- • Champion creative consistency across all consumer-facing digital touchpoints, reinforcing a unified and authentic brand personality.
- • Manage and mentor a team of producers and channel managers, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, experimentation, and continuous learning.

- • Collaborate with external creators, influencers, and talent to produce authentic, scaled content that feels native to each platform while driving brand trust.
- • Leverage AI tools daily to streamline ideation, editing, analytics, and workflow efficiency in content production.
- • Maintain a hands-on, high-ownership approach—participating directly in content production even while leading a team.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing within consumer brands
- • Strong understanding of social-first storytelling, internet culture, and short-form video content trends
- • Proven ability to concept, shoot, edit, and publish content using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar platforms
- • Experience managing content calendars, balancing reactive and planned content, and translating performance insights into creative recommendations
- • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product, Partnerships, creators, and external talent in a fast-paced environment
- • AI fluency in daily workflows
