As a Senior Social Media Advertising Strategist, you will report directly to the Associate Director and will be an integral, high-impact member of our social media team.   • • This position is internally recognized as the Senior Account Strategist, with a specific emphasis on LinkedIn Advertising, reflecting the core focus of your responsibilities. You will engage directly with our mid-market and enterprise-level clients, taking the lead in communicating campaign performance, architecting bespoke advertising strategies, and meticulously executing all paid media deliverables. This role is designed to provide you with extensive experience in developing and implementing high-performing LinkedIn advertising strategies tailored for B2B businesses, driving significant client success.
  • • Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • • Spearhead and manage a dedicated portfolio of social media advertising accounts, ensuring strategic alignment and optimal performance.
  • • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for client stakeholders, fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
  • • Conduct regular, proactive communication with vendors and operational partners on a weekly basis to ensure seamless task execution, uphold stringent work quality standards, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in our collaborative dynamics.
  • • Develop comprehensive, data-informed social media advertising strategies for clients on a quarterly basis, aligning with their evolving business objectives.
  • • Expertly create, meticulously maintain, and dynamically optimize budgets for all paid media campaigns to maximize return on investment and achieve client goals.
  • • Provide dedicated, fractional support for internal marketing initiatives, contributing to the growth and success of our boutique agency within the broader Directive framework.
  • • Cultivate a profound understanding of each client's unique market positioning, competitive landscape, and distinct value propositions to inform strategic decisions.
  • • Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of lead routing processes within client CRM systems, facilitating seamless lead management.
  • • Maintain a high level of personal productivity and utilization, consistently meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
  • • Collaborate closely with the Associate Director to ensure both internal agency objectives and client-specific goals are consistently achieved and surpassed.
  • • Develop a nuanced understanding of the value and application of Programmatic advertising campaigns within the broader paid media ecosystem.
  • • Proactively identify and drive opportunities for cross-sells, upsells, and client referrals through cultivated client relationships and your professional network.
  • • Execute and meticulously optimize advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, including crafting compelling ad copy, developing sophisticated targeting parameters, and managing audience segmentation to maximize ROI and achieve client KPIs.
  • • Analyze campaign performance data using advanced analytics tools to derive actionable insights and inform strategic optimizations, ensuring continuous improvement and superior results.
