Reporting directly to the Associate Director, this position is a cornerstone of our social media team and offers a unique chance to be at the forefront of a rapidly expanding specialty agency.
  • • As a Social Media Advertising Strategist (internally recognized as an Account Strategist, LinkedIn Advertising), you will engage directly with our mid-market and enterprise clients. Your responsibilities will encompass leading client communications, developing bespoke advertising strategies tailored to their specific business objectives, and meticulously executing paid media deliverables. This role provides an unparalleled opportunity to cultivate extensive experience in crafting high-impact LinkedIn advertising strategies specifically for B2B organizations.
  • • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Provide comprehensive oversight and strategic direction for a portfolio of social media advertising accounts, ensuring alignment with client goals and agency best practices.
  • • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for client stakeholders, fostering strong, collaborative relationships built on transparency and results.
  • • Conduct regular weekly communications with any external vendors or operational partners to ensure seamless workflow, maintain high standards of work quality, and identify opportunities for process enhancement.
  • • Develop and present comprehensive, data-informed social media advertising strategies for clients on a quarterly basis, outlining key objectives, tactics, and expected outcomes.
  • • Expertly create, manage, and meticulously optimize advertising budgets across various paid media campaigns, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) and efficient allocation of resources.
  • • Cultivate a deep and nuanced understanding of each client's unique market positioning, competitive landscape, and distinct value propositions to inform strategic development.
  • • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of lead routing processes within client Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, facilitating effective lead follow-up and conversion.
  • • Maintain a high level of personal productivity and utilization, consistently meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
  • • Collaborate closely with the Associate Director to ensure the successful achievement of both internal agency objectives and critical client goals.
  • • Develop a thorough understanding of the strategic value and application of Programmatic advertising campaigns within the broader paid media mix.
  • • Proactively identify and drive opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and client referrals by leveraging strong client relationships and professional networks.
  • • Execute and continuously optimize advertising campaigns on the LinkedIn platform, including crafting compelling ad copy, developing sophisticated targeting parameters, and implementing advanced audience segmentation strategies to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
  • • Analyze campaign performance data using advanced analytics tools to derive actionable insights and inform strategic adjustments, ultimately driving measurable results aligned with client objectives (OCT - Outcome Conversion Tracking).
