- • Create engaging, social-first content tailored for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube to support entrepreneurs on their journey from idea to thriving business.
- • Own the day-to-day management of organic social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and high-quality output across all platforms.
- • Collaborate with paid media teams to develop creative assets for social campaigns, aligning content strategy with broader marketing objectives.
- • Produce high-quality video content in partnership with videographers and marketing teams, including scripting, storyboarding, and post-production oversight.
- • Appear on camera as needed to present content, conduct interviews, and humanize the brand’s messaging to entrepreneurial audiences.
- • Champion social media internally by encouraging team participation, especially on LinkedIn, and fostering a culture of organic engagement.
- • Identify and execute opportunities to integrate social media tactics into wider marketing campaigns, maximizing reach and impact.
- • Monitor performance metrics across platforms, using data insights to continuously optimize content strategy, timing, and format.
- • Stay ahead of evolving platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging features on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube to maintain competitive advantage.
- • Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, on-brand manner that builds trust and loyalty.
- • Translate complex B2B topics—such as company formation, compliance, accounting, and payroll—into accessible, compelling, and entertaining social content.
- • Drive creative innovation by pushing beyond traditional B2B norms, avoiding dry compliance messaging in favor of authentic, viral-ready storytelling.
- • Lead content creation initiatives and confidently direct colleagues, including senior stakeholders, to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
- • Develop a deep understanding of the startup and small business ecosystem to inform content that resonates with founders at every stage of growth.
- • Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines while experimenting with new formats, tones, and styles to increase audience connection and retention.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years’ experience managing and creating social media content, with strong TikTok expertise
- • Highly creative, with a proven ability to develop engaging, social-first content ideas
- • Confident on camera, with experience presenting or interviewing (desirable)
- • Able to lead content creation and confidently direct colleagues, including senior stakeholders
- • Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams
- • Open to learning complex topics, with a willingness to develop within a B2B environment
