📋 Description
- • Senior Software Developer, AI Authoring role focused on building and scaling AI-powered tools for game creation at Unity Technologies, enabling faster, more immersive, and efficient 3D development pipelines.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with product and design teams to shape roadmap, designing scalable infrastructure for AI authoring products, improving system reliability and observability, managing CI/CD pipelines on Azure/GCP, and driving operational excellence through DevOps best practices.
- • Unity Technologies is the world’s leading game engine, powering real-time 3D experiences across gaming, automotive, healthcare, and more, with a mission to bridge ideas and reality through accessible 3D creation tools.
- • In this role, you will deepen expertise in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML deployment systems, and large-scale backend services while influencing technical strategy and mentoring cross-functional teams on reliability, performance, and security.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience building and shipping complex, user-facing software products at scale
- • Experience delivering and supporting cloud backend services using Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Argo, GitHub Actions)
- • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform
- • Proven track record in observability, including monitoring, logging, alerting, and debugging tools such as Grafana
- • Strong grasp of software delivery best practices and network security, paired with a quality-first mindset
- • Ability to translate business and user needs into technical solutions
