Senior Software Developer (Go) - US Instant Payments

📋 Description

• • Join Form3’s US engineering business line to develop US gateway products built around real-time payment schemes like FedNow and TCH RTP, contributing to mission-critical systems that will transform how payments are made in the US.
• • On a day-to-day basis, contribute to feature development, system design and testing, manage and enhance infrastructure, support daily product operations, and participate in on-call rotation for US gateways built on Form3’s multi-cloud platform.
• • The USA business line consists of engineers distributed across Europe and the Americas, valuing asynchronous communication, autonomy in technical design, collaboration, and end-to-end ownership, with close ties to Product colleagues who are US payments domain experts.
• • You will gain deep experience in building distributed systems, working with cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes), Go-based microservices, and modern DevOps practices, while preparing for the Autumn 2025 go-live of Form3’s US products.
