📋 Description

• As a Senior Software Engineer in Confluent's Developer Productivity organization, you will design, build, and operate internal platform services that improve developer experience and engineering velocity for hundreds of engineers.
• Day to day, you will build and operate secure, multi-tenant developer platform services, improve pre-production testing capabilities, explore AI-assisted workflows for developers, deliver projects end to end collaboratively, and contribute to team culture through mentorship, documentation, and on-call participation.
• You will join Confluent, a company rewriting how data moves by putting information in motion through its data streaming platform, enabling companies to react faster and build smarter experiences.
• In this role, you can learn and achieve mastery in platform engineering, AI-assisted developer workflows, performance testing at scale, and cross-functional leadership while shaping solutions that impact Confluent’s entire engineering organization.
