- • As a Senior Software Engineer - 1 at Stellar Health, you will build and maintain core components of the data and application platform, directly impacting the company’s mission to improve patient health outcomes by enabling primary care providers to deliver quality care through real-time data and incentives.
- • You will design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and infrastructure that handle billions of healthcare claims for millions of patients, ensuring data quality, performance, and reliability across integrations.
- • You will collaborate with technical implementation, analytics, and cross-functional teams to evolve architecture, improve system performance, reduce manual work, and support business growth through innovation in data ingestion, processing, and insight generation.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of five years of total experience with recent hands-on experience writing production-level code in Python, Java, C++, or Go.
- • Expertise in relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (preferred), GCP, or Azure.
- • Proven ability to drive medium to large projects from inception to completion, including collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- • Experience in data platform development, including building and maintaining ETLs, data pipelines, and infrastructure for large-scale data ingestion and processing.
