• • As a Staff Software Engineer on the Admin Foundations team at Asana, you will play a vital role in developing tools that enable administrators to manage Asana instances at scale while establishing reusable frameworks for engineers to build admin controls across the product.
• • Day to day, you will work across the full technical stack—from frontend React interfaces to backend systems like the remote jobs framework—designing, implementing, and refining features that improve administrative experiences for large organizations.
• • You will join a high-performance, dynamic team within Asana’s Product organization that values velocity, software quality, and continuous deployment, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver impactful, user-centric solutions.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in scalable SaaS architecture, influence cross-team technical strategies, mentor junior engineers, and drive large-scale projects from concept to delivery, leaving systems better than you found them through ownership and technical excellence.
