📋 Description

• Senior Software Engineer role within Confluent's Developer Productivity (DevProd) organization, focused on building internal platform services that enable engineers to safely and efficiently build, test, and operate cloud systems at scale.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and operating multi-tenant developer platform services, improving pre-production performance testing capabilities, exploring AI-assisted developer workflows, delivering end-to-end projects collaboratively, and contributing to team culture through mentorship, documentation, and on-call participation.
• Confluent is a data streaming platform company that enables real-time data motion for smarter, faster business decisions; the DevProd team ensures engineering velocity and reliability across the organization.
