Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Join Beamery’s Team Edge—the AI engine at the heart of a platform that helps Fortune 2000 companies hire, reskill, and redeploy over one million people every year. You will architect and ship the next generation of AI services that power fairer, faster, and more data-driven talent decisions across 100 countries.
- • Own the full lifecycle of high-scale services and APIs that surface Beamery’s proprietary LLMs, knowledge graphs, and agentic AI to recruiters, HR leaders, and employees. From whiteboard sketches to production traffic measured in billions of events, you will design systems that are resilient, observable, and cost-efficient.
- • Partner daily with MLOps, data science, and product teams to productionise new models in under two weeks. You will refine feature stores, experiment pipelines, and real-time inference layers so that every improvement in model fairness or accuracy is felt immediately by end users.
- • Translate complex talent-domain problems into elegant software solutions. Whether it is matching a refugee software engineer to a cloud role in Berlin or forecasting critical-skill gaps for a global pharmaceutical firm, your code will directly expand access to opportunity.
- • Champion best practices in code quality, testing, and continuous delivery. You will introduce contract-driven development, canary releases, and chaos testing to ensure 99.9 % uptime for services that run inside customer VPCs and on multi-cloud Kubernetes clusters.
- • Evolve our LLMOps stack—built on Python, FastAPI, Ray, and Kubeflow—so that any team at Beamery can spin up fine-tuned models, prompt-engineered agents, or batch scoring jobs with a single CI/CD pipeline and full observability.
- • Collaborate with SAP, Workday, Microsoft, and LinkedIn integration squads to embed AI insights natively into the platforms where workforce decisions are already made, reducing context switching and increasing adoption.
- • Contribute to internal mobility and upskilling initiatives by dog-fooding Beamery’s own product. You will mentor junior engineers through guilds, host lunch-and-learns, and participate in Women in Engineering and Pride@Beamery communities.
- • Drive a culture of psychological safety and continuous learning. You will facilitate blameless post-mortems, run internal hackathons, and ensure documentation and runbooks are so good that any on-call engineer can resolve an incident at 3 a.m. without panic.
- • Measure what matters. You will instrument SLIs/SLOs, model-drift metrics, and customer-success KPIs, then iterate rapidly based on real-world feedback loops that close within days, not quarters.
