📋 Description
- • Senior Software Engineer at MLabs will design, develop, and scale core backend services for a high-performance platform focused on building foundational wallet infrastructure for the next generation of global finance, playing a critical role in advancing secure, scalable financial technology.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and maintaining secure, scalable backend services and RESTful APIs; architecting databases and microservices for performance and reliability; owning the full software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment; troubleshooting performance bottlenecks and ensuring system resilience; contributing to CI/CD pipelines, observability, and development standards; collaborating with product and security teams on technical roadmaps; and maintaining comprehensive system documentation for technical discussions.

- • In this role, the engineer will deepen expertise in blockchain and fintech systems, influence architectural decisions for high-stakes financial platforms, gain leadership experience in driving technical excellence, and contribute to systems that handle real-world financial workloads with resilience and security.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of backend software engineering experience, specifically within the fintech or blockchain sectors.
- • Strong expertise in TypeScript, complemented by proficiency in at least one low-level language such as Rust, Go, or C++.
- • Proven track record of building scalable APIs, infrastructure, and developer tools.
- • Expert-level knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, NoSQL) and AWS services.
- • Skilled in microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) practices.
- • Familiarity with applied cryptography, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and backend security fundamentals.
