📋 Description

• • The Senior Software Engineer is a .NET-first full stack engineer building and operating R1 RCM's suite of SaaS healthcare applications and services, playing a critical role in delivering secure, scalable, and reliable technology solutions that support healthcare revenue cycle management and improve patient care outcomes.
• • Day to day, the engineer leads end-to-end delivery of production software across UI, API, service, and database layers; designs and develops using C#/.NET and modern AI-augmented tools like Claude, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot; ensures quality through automated testing and CI/CD; mentors junior engineers; collaborates with product and architecture teams; and maintains technical documentation and best practices.
