• • As a Senior Software Engineer, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass the full software development lifecycle. You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance backend services, primarily built using Golang. These services will be deployed across robust cloud environments, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AWS, with a strong emphasis on ensuring systems are optimized for reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability. A key aspect of your role will involve close collaboration with business stakeholders to develop and refine compliance-focused products. These products are essential for banks, fintechs, and other financial institutions, with specific focuses on financial risk management, reconciliation processes, and advanced fraud detection mechanisms.
• • You will be responsible for building and implementing robust APIs tailored for banking or payment systems, ensuring seamless integration and efficient data exchange. This will require close partnership with cross-functional engineering and product teams to coordinate development efforts, align on technical strategies, and ensure timely delivery of features. Furthermore, you will develop, refine, and maintain comprehensive user-facing technical documentation. This documentation is crucial for ensuring clarity, accuracy, and accessibility, thereby supporting our users and internal teams effectively.
• • A significant part of your contribution will be to own the full product lifecycle for the features you develop. This includes meticulous design, efficient implementation, and thorough end-to-end testing. You will utilize industry-standard testing frameworks such as Cypress, Junit, or Mockito to guarantee reliable delivery, drive continuous improvement, and uphold the highest quality standards throughout each development phase. Your work will directly impact the security and integrity of financial transactions for a wide range of clients.
