- • You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specs, lead enhancements to integration infrastructure, elevate code quality through best practices, and drive productivity by creating technical artifacts and coaching teams via design and PR reviews.
- • As a technical leader and mentor, you will work across multiple scrum teams to resolve complex challenges, ensure timely delivery of features, and instill engineering excellence in junior developers while contributing to a culture of innovation and reliability.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of Full-Stack development experience with a required focus on backend development using Ruby on Rails
- • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to lead and refine complex projects
- • Experience in Agile software development and understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and SDLC best practices
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- • Experience providing technical leadership and/or mentorship, including coaching junior engineers and driving quality through PR and design reviews
- • Experience designing and implementing complex systems across multiple software applications and/or languages, with familiarity in TypeScript and/or Golang considered a plus
