📋 Description

• • As a Senior Software Engineer on Socure’s Agentic AI Foundations team, you will be a founding engineer responsible for designing and building the core platform, systems, and primitives that enable Socure to transition from traditional software workflows to agent-native operations, shaping the architecture, reliability, and safety of agentic systems powering critical internal workflows and future customer-facing products.
• • You will design and build a vendor-agnostic agent platform including orchestration, tool use, memory, and runtime systems; develop evaluation and reliability frameworks; implement safety and governance controls; build data grounding and retrieval systems; prototype and productionize agent behaviors; partner with product and engineering teams to launch agent-powered workflows; define best practices and mentor other engineers; contribute to team strategy and roadmap; and uphold Socure’s leadership expectations for senior engineers through ownership, systems thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.
