• • Senior Software Engineer role focused on building and scaling the agentic AI platform for Archie, an AI engineer designed to perform quantitative intuition and engineering tool use across industrial product domains.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with the team to decompose Archie’s capability roadmap into technical development tasks, turning AI research prototypes into robust and scalable implementations, diagnosing and solving technical problems, developing automated platform tests (including software testing, agentic AI evaluations, and infrastructure), and improving Archie’s scalability and robustness through system architecture design.
• • P1 AI is a well-funded early-stage startup founded by top minds in deep learning, model-based engineering, and industrial applications, backed by a $23M seed round led by Radical Ventures with participation from AI leaders at OpenAI and DeepMind. The company is building Archie to be deployed across engineering teams at industrial companies worldwide.
