📋 Description
- • Senior Software Engineer - AI Interaction Evaluator role focused on assessing the quality of interactions with AI coding agents like OpenAI Codex and Claude Code, emphasizing engineering judgment over code writing.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating AI-generated coding interactions end-to-end, judging usefulness, correctness, and alignment with strong engineering thinking, assessing reasoning quality, distinguishing response quality levels, and providing clear feedback on what works, what doesn’t, and what feels misleading.
- • The role is part of G2i Inc., a company connecting top technical talent with innovative projects, working on defining what 'great' looks like in AI-assisted development through subjective but rigorous evaluation.
- • In this role, you will develop and refine your ability to make expert judgments about AI behavior, contribute to shaping evaluation standards for AI coding tools, and deepen your expertise in modern AI-assisted software development workflows.
🎯 Requirements
- • Staff or Principal-level engineering experience (or equivalent)
- • Strong background in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python
- • Hands-on experience with OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive hourly rate: up to $200/hr for US and Canada, $150/hr for EU and Latam, $100/hr for other locations
- • Flexible schedule: 10–20 hours per week
- • Fully remote work with ASAP start through early May (possible extension)
