📋 Description
- • Senior Software Engineer (APIs/Integrations) at Jump Technologies Inc. is a pivotal role responsible for designing and scaling the internal systems that power the company’s go-to-market (GTM) engine, enabling Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and Product teams to operate at peak efficiency through automation, reliable data flows, and AI-driven workflows.
- • This role directly impacts Jump’s ability to scale its AI-powered wealthtech platform by transforming GTM motions into repeatable, measurable, and high-leverage processes that reduce manual work and accelerate revenue outcomes.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining internal tooling that enhances Marketing and Sales velocity, owning the end-to-end GTM systems stack with a focus on reliability, observability, and data integrity, and integrating product events into HubSpot and/or Salesforce to enable segmentation, lead scoring, and automated workflows.
- • The engineer will manage ongoing data synchronization between BigQuery (the company’s data warehouse) and CRM systems, ensuring clean, timely, and accurate data flows that support downstream analytics and automation.
- • They will implement lifecycle automation across acquisition, activation, and retention stages to improve conversion and retention metrics, and develop event- and webhook-driven automations for routing, enrichment, and attribution across GTM workflows.
- • Collaboration with Product and Engineering teams is essential to define and maintain high-quality product event instrumentation, ensuring that user behavior data is accurately captured and routed to GTM systems.
- • The role involves developing reporting foundations that connect product usage, lifecycle stage, and revenue outcomes, enabling data-informed decision-making across GTM functions.
- • Continuous improvement of GTM infrastructure is expected, with a focus on reducing manual toil, eliminating operational friction, and scaling systems as the company grows.
- • Jump Technologies is a fast-moving, high-leverage, talent-dense team headquartered in Utah with a distributed workforce, committed to building secure, compliant, and immediately useful AI systems for financial advisors and their clients.
- • The company is transforming wealth management by automating workflows, enhancing client communication, and integrating across complex tool stacks used by RIAs, BDs, and FinServ teams, with applications ranging from tax workflows to compliance-ready client summaries.
- • Jump is experiencing rapid expansion across wealthtech, insurance, and broader financial services, and its GTM organization requires a technical operator who can build the systems, data flows, and automations that underpin this growth.
- • The team values High Velocity, World Class execution, and a Direct + Kind + No Drama culture, fostering an environment where ownership, clarity, and execution are paramount.
- • In this role, the engineer will have the opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, product, GTM systems, and internal tooling, shaping the technical foundation of a category-defining company backed by top-tier investors including Battery, Sorenson, Pelion, and Citi.
- • They will gain deep expertise in enterprise-grade CRM integrations, data warehouse-to-CRM sync patterns, lifecycle automation, and event-driven architectures — skills that are highly transferable and in high demand across SaaS and fintech.
- • The role offers significant impact and visibility, as the systems built will directly enable Jump’s sales, marketing, and customer success teams to scale efficiently in a high-growth environment.
