- • Design and implement modular Claude Skills that integrate with core systems including Salesforce, Google Drive, Slack, and internal data sources to enable non-technical teams to compose AI workflows without writing code.
- • Build autonomous AI agents that operate independently across sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to handle research, data enrichment, proposal generation, and routine decision-making with clear escalation paths for human intervention.
- • Establish and maintain the AI development infrastructure, including tools like Claude Code and Cursor, and create reusable templates, patterns, and documentation to accelerate team velocity in building AI applications.
- • Design composable AI systems where outputs from one tool serve as inputs to another, enabling complex capabilities to emerge from simple, well-defined primitives with clean interface design between components.
- • Implement evaluation and feedback loops, guardrails, and monitoring systems to ensure reliability, accuracy, latency optimization, and cost efficiency in production AI workflows.
- • Develop backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and internal frontend experiences to support AI tooling, shipping features quickly and iterating based on real usage from internal non-technical users.
- • Collaborate across engineering, product, sales, marketing, and operations to translate ambiguous business processes into scalable, reusable, and production-grade AI systems.
- • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI systems from concept to deployment, ensuring they are robust, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise-grade security and compliance standards.
- • Work in a hybrid environment with four days per week in the office in New York, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to refine AI tooling based on direct user feedback.
- • Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and frameworks, integrating them into the team’s development environment while maintaining stability and scalability of existing systems.
- • Build systems that balance autonomy with control, ensuring AI agents operate reliably within defined boundaries while providing clear audit trails and human override mechanisms.
- • Ship production-grade AI applications—not prototypes or demos—that are actively used by internal teams to multiply productivity across the organization.
- • Maintain high standards of software engineering fundamentals including system design, data structures, and clean code practices while working across a polyglot stack.
🎯 Requirements
- • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- • Strong software engineering fundamentals (system design, data structures, clean code)
- • Proven track record of building and shipping production AI systems
- • Proficiency in Python and TypeScript, and comfort working across a polyglot stack
- • Hands-on experience building AI agents that run in production—systems that operate autonomously, handle edge cases, and know when to escalate
- • Practical, working knowledge of prompt engineering, context management, and structured outputs
