- • Designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable, and secure backend services and APIs using languages like Python, Java, or Go.
- • Building and optimizing data pipelines and database solutions (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra) to handle large volumes of complex health data.
- • Implementing and maintaining microservices architecture, ensuring seamless communication and data flow between different components.
- • Developing and integrating with machine learning models and AI algorithms that power our Digital Twin technology.
- • Writing clean, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- • Collaborating with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of backend services with user-facing applications.

- • Troubleshooting and debugging complex issues across the backend stack, ensuring high availability and performance of the platform.

- • Working closely with product management to understand feature requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- • Contributing to the overall technical strategy and roadmap of the backend engineering team.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- • 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development, with a strong focus on building scalable and robust systems.
- • Proficiency in at least one modern backend programming language such as Python, Java, Go, or Node.js.
- • Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- • Solid understanding of database technologies, including relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
- • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and CI/CD practices.
- • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- • Experience with healthcare data and/or HIPAA compliance is a plus.
- • Experience with distributed systems and message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) is a plus.
