📋 Description

• Senior Software Engineer (C#) role focused on modernizing legacy systems by transforming COBOL and C++ code into contemporary C# applications using object-oriented design and modern best practices.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining features in Applaud using C#, .NET, and WPF; participating in COBOL replacement initiatives; leveraging AI tools like Claude and Claude Code; troubleshooting production issues; writing clean, testable code; conducting code reviews; collaborating with architects; optimizing database queries; improving development processes; and communicating across time zones with US-based teams.
