- • As a Sr. Solution Architect at CNO Financial Group, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical foundation of enterprise-wide initiatives, particularly in integrating modern cloud platforms like Azure Synapse and Azure Data Factory to support corporate finance and financial planning SaaS implementations. Your expertise will directly impact the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of mission-critical systems that serve millions of policyholders, ensuring technology aligns with business strategy to drive innovation and operational excellence.
- • Day to day, you will provide logical solution architecture for applications, integrations, and components under limited direction, ensuring designs meet business goals and adhere to CNO’s architecture standards. You will design solutions across a diverse application landscape by translating business requirements into technical blueprints, partner closely with business and delivery stakeholders to clarify needs, and provide technical oversight by reviewing development team designs and coordinating across IT disciplines including developers, testers, analysts, and project managers.
- • You will develop high-level estimates for complex initiatives with evolving requirements, prototype and evaluate emerging technologies to inform architectural decisions, and produce high-quality architecture designs and supporting documentation that guide implementation teams. Collaboration is central to your role, requiring frequent engagement with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and alignment with enterprise integration patterns.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- • Minimum of five to seven years of related technical experience with increasing responsibility, including proven experience leading solution and integration architecture on Azure platforms, specifically Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Data Factory.
- • Demonstrated ability to collaborate on enterprise, mission-critical project teams and clearly articulate complex technical solutions to senior management and stakeholders.
