• • As a Senior Software Engineer on the Canvas Core team at Tactivos Inc., you will play a key role in ensuring the Mural editor is reliable, high-performing, and intuitive for users while designing and maintaining APIs that empower internal teams to build features like real-time collaboration, presentations, integrations, and AI-powered tools.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include researching, designing, and prototyping new features; leading technical projects from planning to release; implementing and maintaining scalable solutions; mentoring junior engineers; improving team processes; and integrating AI tools into your workflow to enhance productivity and code quality.
• • The Canvas Core team builds and maintains the foundational platform behind Mural’s visual thinking experience, including the infinite canvas, editor components, custom graphics rendering engine, UI, and real-time collaboration protocols, with a mission to deliver a fast, reliable, and intuitive editor.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in high-performance systems, computer graphics, and AI-driven development while contributing to team culture, mentoring colleagues, and shaping technical best practices across the organization.
