- • Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the technical lead for customer engagements, making architectural decisions, integrating Archie with customer data and tools, rapidly iterating based on real-world feedback, and ensuring Archie delivers tangible engineering value—where early solutions often become core capabilities of the AI system.

- • In this role, you will learn to bridge cutting-edge AI with physical engineering domains, gain end-to-end ownership of complex customer integrations, rapidly iterate on high-impact systems, and contribute directly to the evolution of an AI that learns from real-world engineering challenges—accelerating your growth in both AI application and systems engineering at the frontier of intelligent automation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven ability to go from 0 → 1 on ideas with tangible, real-world proof of talent (e.g., shipped systems, open-source contributions, or notable engineering projects)
- • Strong technical foundation in software engineering with experience designing and shipping production systems, particularly in complex, integrated environments
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to serve as technical lead in customer engagements, interpret engineering needs, and translate them into actionable integrations
- • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action in a fast-moving, low-bureaucracy startup environment where multiple hats are the norm
- • Eligibility to work in the US or Canada (remote) or willingness to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area, with commitment to quarterly in-person co-working weeks
