Senior Software Engineer, Design Systems

📋 Description

• • As a Senior Software Engineer on Vanta's Design Systems team, you will drive complex initiatives, lead technical direction, and act as a force multiplier by building high-quality UI components, establishing standards, and mentoring engineers across the organization to ensure consistent, intuitive, and premium user experiences.
• • Day to day, you will build, maintain, and update shared UI components; advise on UI/UX best practices; educate engineers on Design System guidance; support product teams with new patterns; drive technical decisions; scope and lead performance-focused projects; and mentor junior teammates through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
