- • Design, build, and maintain enterprise integrations that enable real-time voice and communications workflows
- • Develop backend services and APIs that integrate Reality Defender’s platform with enterprise customer environments
- • Build and maintain REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven services
- • Work directly with enterprise customers and internal teams to implement and support complex technical integrations
- • Collaborate with Product, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions
- • Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term improvements
- • Improve the scalability, reliability, observability, and performance of integration services
- • Write automated tests and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and engineering best practices
- • Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews
- • Help shape the future of Reality Defender’s enterprise integration platform
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience
- • Strong professional experience developing production applications in Python
- • Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs
- • Experience building distributed or event-driven systems
- • Experience working with AWS or another major cloud platform
- • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Comfortable collaborating with engineering teams, customer-facing teams, and enterprise customers
