• • Senior Software Engineer, Front End role focused on leading frontend architecture for Toast’s mission-critical configuration platform that powers real-time menu and pricing updates across the entire restaurant ecosystem.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing scalable React/TypeScript UI patterns, building resilient features for enterprise customers managing thousands of locations, collaborating with UX/PM/QA/Engineering teams, mentoring peer engineers, evolving Toast’s design system, and influencing frontend standards across R&D.
• • Toast builds technology to help restaurants and local businesses succeed digitally, with a mission to empower customers through reliable, scalable infrastructure; the Config Platform team is the high-concurrency engine enabling live system updates for ordering, business management, and global operations.
