- • Join SentiLink Corporation, a rapidly growing fintech company revolutionizing identity verification in the United States. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer, Frontend to play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our cutting-edge web application and platform. This platform is crucial for fraud analysis, empowering institutions and individuals to transact with confidence by replacing outdated, inefficient, and costly status quo solutions with technology that is 10x faster, smarter, and more accurate.
- • As a Senior Software Engineer, Frontend, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and functionality of our core products. While the role has a primary focus on frontend development (approximately 60-70%), you will also collaborate extensively across the full stack, working closely with Product & Design, Solutions Engineering, Data Science, Infrastructure, and the Data Platform teams. This collaborative environment ensures the seamless integration of frontend innovations with backend services and data insights.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass the entire software development lifecycle, from initial design and coding to rigorous testing, debugging, documentation, and ongoing maintenance of our web applications. You will be tasked with translating complex product requirements and UX designs into robust, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces. A key aspect of this role involves designing and building robust APIs that will be consumed by the UI, ensuring efficient and accurate surfacing of application data to our users.
- • You will be a key partner to our product management team, driving agile delivery of both existing and new products. This involves understanding project requirements, adhering to UX design principles, and implementing industry best practices to ensure timely and high-quality releases. A strong commitment to quality is paramount; you will be responsible for ensuring new software meets stringent quality standards by writing comprehensive unit and end-to-end automated tests, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and reliability.
- • Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work closely with product, data, and other stakeholders to analyze usage and product metrics. This data-driven approach will inform key strategic decisions, helping to shape the future direction of our products and services. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving product issues as they arise, ensuring a smooth and reliable experience for our customers. Furthermore, you will work cross-functionally to resolve complex partner problems, demonstrating a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- • As part of a dynamic engineering team, you will contribute to ensuring our platform and services meet stringent Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements. This includes participating in an on-call rotation to address production issues, a critical responsibility that underscores our commitment to operational excellence and system stability. You will leverage modern frontend technologies and best practices to build intuitive, performant, and accessible user interfaces that drive user engagement and satisfaction.
- • This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging problems at the forefront of identity verification technology. You will contribute to a product that has a significant impact on financial services and is rapidly expanding into new markets. Your work will directly influence the confidence and security of millions of transactions, making a tangible difference in the digital landscape. We foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and mutual support, where your contributions are valued and recognized. If you are passionate about building high-quality software, solving complex problems, and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
- • SentiLink is recognized by leading publications like TechCrunch, Forbes, and American Banker, and has made history as the first eCBSV provider. Backed by top-tier investors, we are poised for significant growth. This role is remote and based in the United States, offering flexibility in how you work while maintaining strong collaboration across our global teams.
