📋 Description

• Architect and own the next-generation micro-services that power 2.2 billion daily requests and 2 billion instant notifications across 450+ servers, directly influencing the experience of 25 % of global internet users.
• Design, implement, and maintain high-throughput, low-latency RESTful and gRPC APIs in Go (with occasional PHP/Node.js polyglot support) that serve Fortune 500 brands such as Samsung, Nike, L’Oréal, Singapore Airlines, Nestlé, Nissan, Lenovo, Puma, IKEA, Allianz, and Domino’s.
• Tackle complex distributed-systems challenges—think horizontal scaling, eventual consistency, zero-downtime deployments, and sub-second personalization—while safeguarding 100 TB of historical AI/ML data.
• Champion clean, testable, and well-documented code; institute rigorous CI/CD pipelines, automated testing suites, and observability standards that become the reference for 1,500+ engineers across 30 offices.
• Mentor and level-up a cross-functional squad of backend, data, and DevOps engineers; run architecture guilds, brown-bag sessions, and pair-programming rotations to nurture a culture of continuous learning.
• Optimize critical performance metrics (p99 latency, throughput, error budgets) using distributed tracing, flame graphs, and real-time dashboards; turn insights into concrete refactoring or infrastructure wins.
• Collaborate tightly with Product, Data Science, and Customer Success in agile squads to translate ambitious marketing-automation features into resilient, secure, and cost-efficient services.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies—serverless, stream processing, advanced caching, or new datastores—ensuring InsiderOne stays years ahead of the industry curve.
• Contribute to open-source initiatives and internal SDKs that are reused by teams from Istanbul to Singapore, amplifying your impact beyond a single codebase.
• Participate in blameless post-mortems, incident-response rotations, and chaos-engineering drills that keep our platform antifragile and our customers delighted.
• Influence the technical roadmap and quarterly OKRs; present architecture proposals to C-level stakeholders and investors who just backed a record-breaking $500 M Series E.
• Shape the remote-first engineering culture across Türkiye, setting best practices for async communication, documentation, and inclusive decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional backend engineering experience with at least 2 years of production-grade Go development
• Proven track record designing and operating distributed systems at multi-billion-request scale
• Deep expertise in micro-services architecture, REST/gRPC APIs, event-driven patterns, and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
• Strong grasp of observability—distributed tracing, metrics, structured logging—and SRE best practices
• Nice-to-have: contributions to open-source Go projects, experience with PHP/Node.js polyglot stacks, or prior mentoring/tech-lead responsibilities
