📋 Description

• Senior Software Engineer (GOlang) role focused on building and maintaining Workato’s Recipe runtime engine, which powers core workflow execution including event processing, webhook handling, job execution, and data integration across systems.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and debugging scalable GoLang applications and microservices; improving execution engine performance and isolation; integrating with data stores like Postgres, S3, DynamoDB, Kafka, and ClickHouse; conducting code reviews; identifying system bottlenecks; and contributing across the full software development lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in building scalable distributed backend applications (7+ years)
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in GoLang and experience with microservices architecture
