• In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in supercharging Ramp's customer acquisition and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. You will architect and develop cutting-edge, AI-powered frontend applications designed to streamline and enhance the workflows of our marketing and growth teams. Imagine building tools that empower marketers to autonomously run A/B tests across various paid ad channels, creating intelligent agents that can optimize campaign performance, or developing LLM copilots that assist in generating compelling sales collateral. Your work will directly impact our ability to attract and convert new customers, driving significant business growth.
• You will collaborate closely with talented designers, growth strategists, and marketing professionals to conceptualize and execute website projects that are optimized for lead generation across all of Ramp's GTM channels. This involves translating business objectives into intuitive and high-performing user interfaces, ensuring that every touchpoint on our digital properties effectively captures qualified leads.
• A key aspect of this role involves building and maintaining robust design systems. You will champion a culture of design excellence, ensuring that our frontend applications adhere to industry-leading UX standards. This includes developing reusable components, establishing clear guidelines, and fostering a shared understanding of design principles across the engineering and product teams. Your contributions will ensure a consistent, polished, and user-friendly experience for all Ramp users.
• Beyond feature development, you will play a crucial role in continuously improving our engineering practices. This includes refining our development processes, optimizing our toolchain, and enhancing our systems to ensure the scalability of our codebase, the productivity of our team, and the overall health and maintainability of our frontend architecture. 🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional frontend engineering experience.
