📋 Description

• • As a Senior Software Engineer II on the Web Frameworks team at Optro Inc., you will play a critical role in rethinking how the frontend communicates with backend services to ensure reliable and efficient data flow at scale, directly improving platform functionality, security, and responsiveness for enterprise customers.
• • Day to day, you will optimize data access by designing solutions and executing cross-team initiatives to modernize complex UI components and leverage high-performance paginated query APIs; collaborate with Platform, Architecture, and Product teams on migration roadmaps; provide technical leadership through deep-dive code reviews and feedback on API endpoints; mentor engineers, document best practices, and help define agentic coding standards; and proactively identify technical debt and migration risks with clear stakeholder communication.
