📋 Description

• Senior Software Engineer, Integrations role focused on building and maintaining robust, observable, and extensible integration systems that connect legacy healthcare infrastructure with modern platforms, directly enabling faster diagnostics and improved patient outcomes.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include designing HL7 v2 transformation pipelines, building integration connectors for RIS and EHR systems, architecting fault-tolerant message queuing, developing FHIR-compliant interfaces, owning observability layers, and mentoring mid-level engineers.
• Part of Scan.com, a digital health scale-up that has raised over $100M in VC funding, achieved profitability, and maintains over 100% YoY growth, with a mission to make diagnostics accessible, fast, and transparent for patients and providers.
• Opportunity to achieve deep domain ownership within 90 days, drive resilience and scalability in integration workflows, ship meaningful production improvements, and grow technical leadership in a high-impact, mission-driven engineering organization.
