📋 Description
- • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications using Laravel and Vue.js to support private credit transaction infrastructure.
- • Collaborate with the Head of Engineering to align technical implementation with strategic business goals and product roadmap priorities.
- • Work closely with Product Managers to interpret requirements and propose innovative technical solutions for complex private asset market workflows.
- • Coordinate with QA teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues while maintaining bank-grade security standards and SOC 2 Type 2 compliance.
- • Take full ownership of assigned tasks and projects, delivering clean, well-documented, and reusable code within established deadlines.
- • Mentor junior developers through code reviews, architectural guidance, and best practice advocacy across the engineering team.
- • Conduct architectural reviews and optimize existing codebases for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- • Integrate multiple data sources and databases into unified systems, ensuring data consistency and reliability across transactional workflows.
- • Implement and maintain user authentication and authorization systems across diverse user roles and environments.
- • Apply deep knowledge of PHP’s synchronous behavior and MVC design patterns to build robust backend services.
- • Optimize MySQL database schemas and queries for high-performance transaction processing in a low-latency environment.
- • Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance team efficiency and application capabilities.
- • Proactively identify and address process inefficiencies in development workflows, testing, and deployment pipelines.
- • Apply expertise in RESTful API design principles to build secure, scalable interfaces for internal and partner integrations.
- • Utilize version control tools (Git) to manage codebase integrity, branch strategies, and collaborative development practices.
- • Leverage familiarity with PHP’s platform limitations to implement effective workarounds and maintain system stability.
- • Contribute to exploratory work and process improvements beyond core feature development to drive team-wide innovation.
