• • Senior Software Engineer role at Eye Security, an international scale-up providing cyber security with embedded cyber insurance to SMBs in Europe, where you will own features end-to-end as a Feature Lead in a stream-aligned engineering team.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include scoping problems, coordinating work within your small full-stack team of 2-3 engineers, making technical decisions, delivering high-quality features across backend and frontend layers, collaborating with stakeholders, contributing to technical decision-making, and fostering a psychologically safe team environment.
• • Eye Security organizes engineering around mission-driven streams rather than product areas or code sections, emphasizing real ownership, autonomy, and close collaboration with cyber security experts to embed a hacker’s mindset into their proprietary Open XDR platform.
