• • As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Navigation & Search UI at DICK'S Sporting Goods, you will be at the forefront of enhancing the digital experience for millions of athletes. This role is pivotal in shaping how customers discover products on our e-commerce platform, demanding a blend of technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and a deep understanding of user interface design principles.
• • You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of features within the Navigation and Search Entry team, encompassing both the delivery of new functionalities and the ongoing ownership and improvement of existing applications. This dual responsibility ensures a holistic approach to software development, where you'll not only build but also maintain and optimize critical user-facing components.
• • A significant aspect of your role will involve collaborating closely with stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and other engineering teams, to translate business requirements and user needs into robust, scalable, and performant UI solutions.
