📋 Description

• • Architect and own the next generation of Insider One’s core APIs and micro-services that currently power 2.2 billion requests and 2 billion instant notifications per day across 450+ servers, ensuring sub-second latency and 99.99 % uptime for Fortune 500 brands such as Samsung, Nike, L’Oréal, Singapore Airlines, Nestlé, Nissan, Lenovo, Puma, IKEA, Allianz and Domino’s.
• • Design, implement and continuously evolve high-throughput, low-latency PHP (Laravel) and Go services that ingest, transform and serve more than 100 TB of historical AI & predictive data, enabling real-time personalization engines, journey orchestration and omnichannel campaigns across WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Web, App and Site Search.
• • Translate complex product requirements into elegant technical designs, write clean, testable and well-documented code, and champion engineering best practices such as SOLID, DRY, TDD and continuous refactoring to keep the 1,500-person codebase healthy and future-proof.
• • Identify performance bottlenecks at scale—query plans, memory pressure, GC pauses, network hops—and optimize them through advanced caching (Redis), queueing (NSQ), sharding, partitioning and horizontal scaling strategies that maintain millisecond-level SLAs even during 10× traffic spikes.
• • Collaborate daily with cross-functional agile squads of product managers, data scientists, ML engineers, QA and DevOps in Istanbul and Ankara, participating in sprint planning, architecture reviews, blameless post-mortems and OKR sessions to ship features that directly move revenue and customer NPS.
• • Mentor and level-up mid-level and junior engineers through pair programming, design reviews, brown-bag sessions and career-growth roadmaps, nurturing a culture of psychological safety, curiosity and high performance that has turned Insider One into one of the only woman-founded, women-led B2B SaaS unicorns.
• • Own the full development lifecycle—from requirements gathering, coding and automated testing to CI/CD, blue-green deployments, monitoring and on-call—using AWS (EC2, RDS, ElastiCache, SQS, Lambda, CloudWatch) and modern tooling (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions) to ensure zero-downtime releases.
• • Continuously monitor key service metrics (p95 latency, error rates, cost per request) and build self-healing systems, auto-scaling policies and alerting runbooks that keep the platform resilient while controlling cloud spend for a company that just closed a $500 M Series E led by General Atlantic.
• • Contribute to open-source initiatives, internal SDKs and reusable libraries that accelerate innovation across 30 global offices and 50 nationalities, while documenting tribal knowledge in Confluence and recording Loom demos to democratize technical expertise.
• • Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging technologies (Rust, Kafka, GraphQL, WebAssembly, serverless patterns) and running proof-of-concepts that could unlock new capabilities for marketers worldwide, presenting findings in Tech & Dev Talks that inspire hundreds of engineers.
