- • Design and develop foundational components and frameworks that serve as the building blocks for the Agentic AI platform.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and create platform solutions that empower developers to build innovative applications on top of the core infrastructure.
- • Cultivate a growth mindset by continuously studying design patterns, techniques, and emerging technologies that attract developers to platforms and frameworks.
- • Work closely with machine learning engineers to build and optimize infrastructure that supports ML workflows, ensuring seamless and efficient execution within enterprise environments.
- • Provide production support and troubleshooting expertise to maintain platform stability, address performance bottlenecks, and resolve scalability challenges.
- • Build high-performance, reliable backend systems that serve multiple products and engineering teams across the organization.
- • Design and implement scalable data systems including distributed databases, storage and indexing systems, data modeling, schema design, and high-throughput, low-latency data access patterns.
- • Develop performance-critical components in Rust, as all core platform systems are built using this language.
- • Contribute to systems that support AI and machine learning workloads, including workflow engines, execution runtimes, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- • Foster a culture of collaboration, psychological safety, and technical excellence through inclusive technical discussions at all levels.
- • Advocate for inclusion and diversity in engineering decisions and team dynamics.
- • Maintain and enhance platform infrastructure with a focus on reliability, security, and operational efficiency in alignment with US government and enterprise contract requirements.
🎯 Requirements
- • US Citizenship or Green Card required due to US Government contract requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience
- • 5–8+ years of software and platform engineering experience with a strong track record of designing and operating large-scale distributed systems
- • Experience building platform infrastructure and backend systems that serve multiple products and engineering teams
- • Expertise in Rust for designing and developing high-performance systems
- • Demonstrated expertise in database architecture and scalable data systems, including distributed databases, storage and indexing, data modeling, and high-throughput/low-latency access patterns

- • Compensation range of $170,000–$230,000 USD
