📋 Description
- • As a Senior Software Engineer, Product on Magical's Builder Experience team, you will build full-stack features that empower teams to create, configure, and deploy AI agents, owning the entire product surface from intuitive no-code interfaces to real-time monitoring and evaluation tools.
- • You will design and implement no-code tools for non-technical users to guide and evaluate AI agents, create real-time monitoring and debugging experiences, and build simulation and evaluation interfaces to ensure agent correctness in production.
- • You will work directly with customers to understand their needs and rapidly iterate on solutions, collaborating closely with the design team to ship delightful, user-facing features that make agent development feel magical.
- • You will own the agent development workflow end-to-end, from initial creation through production deployment, and contribute to a mission-driven company automating healthcare workflows with reliable AI agents that reduce administrative burden and enable providers to focus on patient care.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of full-stack product engineering experience with strong proficiency in TypeScript and React
- • Track record of shipping polished, user-facing features that customers love
- • Strong bias toward action and ability to ship features and iterate quickly with high ownership and initiative
