- • Senior Software Engineer (Python) at PatientPoint plays a pivotal role in building the next-generation unified platform that powers digital health solutions impacting millions of patients nationwide. This role directly contributes to improving health outcomes by developing scalable, high-performance backend systems that drive behavior-changing content in physician offices.
- • Design, build, and maintain robust backend systems and APIs deployed in AWS across multiple technical domains, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability for core platform services.
- • Develop scalable, high-performance solutions using Python 3, Google Ad Manager, Elasticsearch, and AWS, following modern software design principles and meeting stringent business requirements for enterprise-grade applications.
- • Contribute to architectural discussions and drive implementation of clean, reusable solutions across services, mentoring peers and junior engineers through thoughtful collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- • Ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of core platform services and APIs by conducting thorough code reviews, sharing technical feedback, and contributing to continuous code quality improvements.
- • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as planning, retrospectives, and story grooming, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, DevOps, and Security teams to support high-quality software delivery.
- • Use AI-based development tools to build high-quality, high-performance AdTech products, leveraging expertise in cloud-native architectures and infrastructure as code.

🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience in backend software engineering focused on building enterprise-grade applications
- • 4+ years developing scalable, high-performance, high availability microservices
- • Advanced proficiency in Python 3, with expert-level knowledge required (a coding assessment will be administered to evaluate this proficiency)
